Añejo

The youngest of the Diplomático family, with 4 years old with Column still distillation process, has a brown sugar on the nose, with cocoa powder, raisins, caramel, sweet milky coffee and oaky spice. Creamy without being heavy or overpowering. The medium-full palate develops exactly as the nose would suggest, with chocolatey raisin fudge, sweet milky coffee again and the oaky spices emerging to tingle at the edges of the tongue. A well-made and extremely well-balanced spirit.
