Old Cuban

The Old Cuban cocktail was invented in early 2000 by Audrey Saunders, New York's most famous female bartender and one of the world's most famous bartenders. This creation made with aged rum gained popularity across the drinking world because it’s a fine variation on the Mojito, switching out the soda for champagne and the white rum for a dark aged rum.

It's simply delicious!
