Ingredients

  • 50ml of Diplomático Planas
  • 120ml Pineapple Juice
  • 40ml Coconut Milk
  • 1tsp Lime Juice
  • Fresh Pineapple Chunk
  • Pineapple Leaves

Glass

  • Highball Glass

Ice

  • 15 ice cubes

Garnish

  • Fresh pineapple chunk and pineapple leaves

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
