Ingredients

  • 50 ml Planas
  • 12.5 ml lime juice
  • 12.5 ml sugar syrup
  • 25 ml soda
  • 4 fresh mint (4 big leaves or 6 small ones)

Glass

  • Serve straight up

  • Fresh mint

Method

  • Add fresh mint directly to a tall glass, softly muddle and incorporate all ingredients, top off with ice and soda.
